Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or Informatics.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with no more than one year of professional experience.
* Leadership & Soft Skills: A proven track record of active participation in student organizations.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite.
