# Career Opportunity: Integrated Extreme Poverty Alleviation Project (PKE) 2026
The Ministry of Public Works of the Republic of Indonesia is officially launching the Integrated Extreme Poverty Alleviation (PKE) Program for Lumut Nauli Village, Central Tapanuli Regency, for the 2026 Fiscal Year. To support the successful execution of this infrastructure and community development initiative, the North Sumatra Building, Infrastructure, and Area Management Office (Balai Penataan Bangunan, Prasarana dan Kawasan Sumatera Utara) is seeking highly motivated and qualified professionals to join our project team.
## Available Positions and Qualifications
We are currently opening recruitment for the following key roles:
* Team Leader (1 Position): Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering; 5 years of experience; Intermediate Certification in Construction Management.
* Water and Sanitation Expert (1 Position): S1/D4 in Civil, Sanitary, or Environmental Engineering; 3 years of experience; Junior Certification in Water/Environmental Engineering.
* Road and Building Structure Expert (1 Position): S1/D4 in Civil Engineering; 3 years of experience; Junior Certification in Road or Building Construction.
* HSE/Construction Safety Specialist (1 Position): S1 Engineering; 2 years of experience; Junior Certification in Construction K3.
* Structure/Building Inspector (1 Position): S1/D4 in Civil or Environmental Engineering; 1 year of experience.
* Piping Work Inspector (1 Position): S1/D4 in Civil or Environmental Engineering; 1 year of experience.
* Secretary (1 Position): D3/S1 in any major; 1 year of experience.
* Administrator (1 Position): D3/S1 in any major; 1 year of experience.
* Drafter (1 Position): D3/S1 in Civil or Environmental Engineering; 1 year of experience.
## General Requirements
All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for employment:
1. Indonesian citizen with strong integrity and commitment to national values.
2. Not currently bound by any other project, employment, or government service contract.
3. Ability to perform under pressure and adhere strictly to project timelines (RKTL).
4. Proven skills in facilitating community engagement and coordinating with local government officials.
5. Physically and mentally fit, with a willingness to reside on-site in Lumut Nauli Village, Central Tapanuli, for the duration of the project.
## Key Responsibilities Overview
Each role is critical to the project’s success. The responsibilities vary by function:
Management and Oversight (Team Leader & Experts)
* Providing technical reports and data-driven recommendations to the Commitment Making Officer (PPK).
* Ensuring contractors adhere to technical specifications, blueprints, and safety standards.
* Managing project progress reporting, site inspections, and quality control.
* Facilitating community socialization and on-site support.
Operational Support (HSE, Inspectors, and Admin)
* HSE Specialist: Monitoring site safety protocols, managing environmental impact, and implementing accident prevention measures.
* Inspectors: Conducting field checks, verifying material quality (mockups), and monitoring daily construction progress.
* Secretary/Administrator: Managing project correspondence, meeting minutes, document archiving, and scheduling.
* Drafter: Maintaining technical drawings, updating as-built designs, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
