# Career Opportunities: Join the Ministry of Forestry's Wildlife Ecotourism Project
If you are passionate about biodiversity preservation and sustainable development, a major professional opportunity has just opened up within Indonesia's environmental sector. The Ministry of Forestry, through the Directorate General of Natural Resources and Ecosystem Conservation (KSDAE), is actively recruiting dedicated professionals for the Project Management Unit (PMU) and Project Implementation Unit (PIU).
This nationwide initiative operates under the umbrella of the "Enhancing Co-Benefits of Conservation Area Management through an Inclusive Wildlife-based Ecotourism Strategy" (WILDLIFE ECOTOURISM) project. Backed by financial support from the Global Biodiversity Framework Fund (GBFF), this ambitious endeavor aims to elevate biodiversity conservation and strengthen ecosystem resilience across Indonesia’s premier conservation zones.
