# Career Opportunity: Co-Project Manager for the Samarinda Regional Tax Census 2024
The Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) serves as the primary technical body responsible for regional research and strategic development planning. Operating under the direct authority of the Governor, Regent, or Mayor through the Regional Secretary, the agency plays a pivotal role in local governance. Currently, the Samarinda Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) is seeking a motivated professional to join the team as a Co-Project Manager for the 2024 Regional Tax Mapping Survey.
## General Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the project, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Applicants must have completed their final degree with a minimum GPA of 2.75/4.00 for graduates of Public Universities (PTN) or 3.00/4.00 for graduates of Private Universities (PTS).
* Physical and Mental Health: Candidates must be in excellent physical and mental health. Female applicants must not be pregnant at the time of application.
* Technical Equipment: Candidates must possess a personal laptop (minimum 4GB RAM) and an Android smartphone (minimum 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage).
* Professional Appearance: Applicants are expected to maintain a professional, neat, and modest appearance. Specifically, male applicants must have short, natural-colored hair and no tattoos or piercings.
* Soft Skills: A professional demeanor, patience, and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
* Commitment: All successful candidates must be willing to undergo intensive training, be available for placement anywhere within the Samarinda area, and abstain from holding outside employment during the contract period.
* Administrative Requirement: A valid Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) must be submitted prior to the finalization of the contract.
