The Sports Business Management Agency (LPUK), formerly recognized as LPDUK, operates as a Public Service Agency under the Ministry of Youth and Sports. 1. Head of Sports Marketing Management Division
This leadership role is responsible for driving the agency’s commercial success through strategic planning and asset optimization.
* Primary Duties: Developing business and marketing plans, creating promotional strategies, managing marketing risks, and executing the commercialization of sports assets.
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Management.
* Experience:
* Minimum 7 years of professional marketing experience.
* At least 3 years in a Marketing or Sales Manager capacity.
* Minimum 2 years of direct experience within the sports industry.
* Required Skills: Proven ability to build asset-based marketing strategies, high-level negotiation skills, analytical capabilities, and strong leadership.
* Age Limit: Maximum 40 years old.
2. General Division Staff
This administrative role focuses on maintaining organizational efficiency, public relations, and executive support.
* Primary Duties: Managing public relations, maintaining archives, and providing administrative support to leadership.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Management, Communications, Office Administration, Archival Studies, or Secretaryship.
* Experience: Preference given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Marketing Communications, Public Relations (Social Media), or Secretarial duties.
* Required Skills: Expertise in digital communications, proficiency in office software and IT tools, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of executive secretarial protocols.
* Age Limit: Maximum 28 years old.
