## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure the successful execution of this World Bank-backed initiative, applicants must meet a specific set of academic and professional criteria. Bappenas is looking for adaptable, highly skilled individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced government environment.
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Urban and Regional Planning (Planology) or Economics.
* Academic Performance: Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language, verified by minimum scores of:
* TOEFL ITP: 500
* TOEFL iBT: 80
* TOEFL Prediction: 500
* Employment Restrictions: Must not currently hold status as a State Civil Apparatus (ASN), member of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), or National Police (Polri), and must not possess a Civil Servant Identification Number (NIP).

* Demonstrated experience in relevant organizations, research initiatives, projects, or internships.
* Prior work experience or internships with Bappenas, the World Bank, or other international development agencies.
* Background expertise in tourism, development economics, regional planning, sustainable development, public policy, or international development cooperation.
## Scope of Work and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will play a crucial role in bridging institutional coordination and administrative efficiency. The day-to-day responsibilities encompass a diverse range of high-level tasks:
1. Facilitating the smooth administration and logistical coordination of SQTDP implementation.
2. Assisting in the formulation, processing, and comprehensive documentation of substantive and technical program materials.
3. Ensuring the completeness and strict compliance of all documents required for SQTDP activities.
4. Supporting review processes and quality assurance protocols for documents submitted to secure a No Objection Letter (NOL) from the World Bank.
5. Tracking and ensuring prompt follow-up on feedback or requirements mandated by the World Bank and relevant stakeholders.
6. Fostering seamless communication and coordination between the Directorate, the SQTDP team, the World Bank, ministries, regional governments, and external partners.
