## What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities
This role is designed for dynamic individuals who thrive on field-level execution and strategic problem-solving. Expect a hands-on experience where roughly 80% of your working hours are spent in the field, engaging directly with the market. Your core duties include:
* Distributor Management: Oversee and guide distributors to boost sales growth, optimize distribution channels, and build robust partnerships.
* Sales Strategy Execution: Partner closely with the Regional Sales Manager to roll out targeted sales plans, manage purchase orders, and successfully hit corporate targets.
* Field Coaching & Operations: Mentor field teams, monitor daily execution, drive professional development, and guarantee operational excellence.
* Territory & Route Optimization: Design effective Permanent Journey Plans (PJP) and master territory management and control.
* Trade Marketing Implementation: Ensure seamless execution of National Trade Marketing campaigns across all assigned zones.
* Market Expansion (NOO): Drive New Open Outlet (NOO) acquisition strategies across both General Trade (GT) and Local Supermarket (MTI) channels.
* Asset Management: Perform routine asset tracking to prevent loss and eliminate unproductive investments.
* Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze operational metrics to generate actionable insights for continuous business improvement.
