As we continue to expand our operational capacity, we are seeking a dedicated and analytical Production Engineering professional to join our team.
## Role Responsibilities
The Production Engineering department is the backbone of our manufacturing excellence. As a key member of this team, your core responsibilities will include:
* Production Planning: Drafting detailed production schedules and machine maintenance calendars to ensure seamless operations.
* Performance Monitoring: Overseeing daily production output and evaluating performance against established targets.
* Operational Optimization: Analyzing current productivity levels and proposing actionable programs to enhance process efficiency.
* Standardization: Developing, auditing, and updating Work Instructions and critical production parameters.
* Problem Solving: Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve manufacturing disruptions and implementing long-term corrective actions.
* Reporting: Preparing comprehensive production performance reports with strategic recommendations for improvement.
* Compliance: Ensuring all manufacturing processes adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and company regulations.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with various departments to synchronize production goals with maintenance requirements.
## Professional Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must demonstrate a blend of technical expertise and analytical prowess. We require the following qualifications:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience as a Production Engineer within the manufacturing sector.
* Quality Systems: Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
* Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated expertise in implementing Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong command of manufacturing processes, production machinery, and foundational machine maintenance.
* Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to utilize data to drive decision-making.
* Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Soft Skills: A strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
