## 1. Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing process, ensuring the excellence and precision that our brand is known for worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute daily operational tasks within assigned departments, including Main Process, Decoration, or Assembly.
* Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provided work instructions.
* Maintain accurate and timely daily production reports to ensure workflow transparency.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum education level of Junior High School (SMP) or equivalent.
* Possess excellent physical and mental health.
* Must not be color blind and must have no history of dust allergies.
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail, agility, integrity, and discipline.
* Prior experience in a manufacturing facility is highly preferred.
* Committed to meeting production targets and willing to work in shifts and overtime.
* Ready for immediate placement in Batang, Central Java.
## 2. HR Staff
The HR Staff member will serve as a vital link in our organizational structure, managing the lifecycle of our workforce and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring cycle, from sourcing talent and conducting interviews to facilitating the onboarding process.
* Foreign Worker Administration: Oversee all documentation, licensing, and compliance matters regarding expatriate personnel.
* General HR Support: Execute various administrative functions to support organizational growth and operational needs.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of proven experience in HR, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing sectors.
* Solid understanding of national labor laws and industrial relations regulations.
* Proficiency in utilizing psychological assessment tools is considered a distinct advantage.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering results under pressure.
* Available for immediate start in Batang, Central Java.
