1. Utility Improvement & Sustainability Assistant Manager
This role is pivotal in driving our transition toward a greener manufacturing footprint. You will lead initiatives that balance operational reliability with environmental stewardship.
* Key Responsibilities: Optimize utility performance, lead decarbonization projects, implement energy efficiency programs, and conduct feasibility studies for renewable energy integration.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering with at least 4 years of experience in utility operations. A strong background in carbon emission reduction and energy management is essential.
2. Warehouse Team Leader
We are looking for a proactive leader to manage our daily logistics operations and ensure that our supply chain remains efficient, safe, and precise.
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee warehouse operations, manage 3PL performance, maintain inventory accuracy via SAP/WMS, and ensure full compliance with quality and safety standards.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong analytical mindset are required for this role.
3. IT Services Engineer
Our infrastructure requires robust support to maintain seamless production cycles. This role is responsible for the health, security, and optimization of our digital environment.
* Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain network infrastructure, manage IT lifecycle deployment, perform system troubleshooting, and ensure the reliability of workplace technologies.

5. Engineering Mobility – Workplace Services (Facility Management)
This position ensures that our site remains a safe, compliant, and efficient environment for our workforce.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage building maintenance, oversee facility upgrades, supervise contractor performance, and ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
