## Core Responsibilities
As an HRD Staff member at PT Tsuzuki Indonesia Manufacturing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and ensuring operational excellence. Your primary duties will include:
* Talent Acquisition: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening candidates against specific job qualifications and crafting compelling job advertisements.
* Candidate Assessment: Conducting professional interviews and synthesizing psychological test results into comprehensive candidate resumes.
* Onboarding and Development: Facilitating orientation sessions for new hires and coordinating monthly HRD-GA training programs.
* Training Management: Preparing training schedules and generating detailed evaluation reports to measure organizational growth.
* Quality Assurance: Maintaining and controlling essential HRD-GA documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and administrative forms, to ensure ISO compliance.
* Contract Administration: Managing and overseeing employee work contracts to ensure adherence to company policy and labor regulations.
## Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a strong professional background and a passion for human capital management. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology is mandatory.
2. Experience Level: We welcome both fresh graduates and professionals with up to two years of experience in recruitment.
3. Technical Proficiency:
* Expertise in Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) techniques.
* Solid understanding of psychological testing tools, scoring, and the creation of detailed psychogram reports for recruitment purposes.
* Advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
4. Professional Attributes: The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing documentation with precision.
5. Logistics: Candidates must be willing to be stationed in Karawang and possess the availability to join our team immediately.
