## Candidate Qualifications
To maintain our operational standards, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK), D3, or S1 degree relevant to the specific position.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven experience in the same role, specifically within the coal mining industry.
* Mandatory Certifications:
* POP Certification: Required for Hauling Supervisor, Jetty Foreman, Plant & Maintenance Foreman, and Safety Officer positions.
* Welding Certification: Required for the Welder position.
* Core Competencies: Strong understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), mining operations, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities, with a proven track record of meeting targets in high-pressure environments.
* Physical Requirements: Physically fit and mentally prepared to work in a demanding mining operational area.
