## Administrative and Procurement Roles
1. Operations Administrator
This role supports the efficient daily functioning of our shipping operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing petty cash, processing invoices, generating daily VDR reports, and tracking ship-related billing.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics; 2–5 years of administrative experience in shipping/logistics; proficiency in MS Office.
2. Procurement Administrator
You will play a vital role in our supply chain by managing vendor relationships and purchasing needs.
* Key Responsibilities: Executing procurement plans, sourcing and negotiating with vendors, managing inventory, and overseeing contract agreements.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 2–5 years of experience in procurement; strong negotiation skills and familiarity with shipping industry requirements.
## Financial and Accounting
3. Finance & Accounting (AP/AR/Tax)
Join our finance team to ensure operational fiscal health and regulatory compliance.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling balances, performing tax planning and reporting, and maintaining accurate financial ledgers.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; 3–7 years of experience; proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate) and deep knowledge of tax regulations.
## Technical and Maritime Operations
4. Port Captain
The Port Captain is responsible for the oversight of vessel operations and fleet management.
* Key Responsibilities: Monitoring vessel seaworthiness, coordinating loading/discharging operations, managing crew recruitment transitions, and ensuring compliance with port authorities.
* Requirements: ANT-III certification or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Marine Engineering; 2–5 years of relevant fleet experience.
5. Port Engineer
Take charge of the mechanical and technical integrity of our fleet.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing vessel maintenance schedules, overseeing repairs and shipyard activities, and ensuring all engineering budgets are strictly met.
* Requirements: ATT-III certification or Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Marine Engineering; 2–5 years of experience; strong troubleshooting abilities.
6. Maintenance Technician (Mechanical/Electrical)
Our technical staff on the ground and onboard ensure our equipment operates at peak performance.
* Key Responsibilities: Troubleshooting marine engines and electrical systems, performing routine maintenance, and documenting engine performance data.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering; 5 years of experience; ability to perform physical tasks in various work environments.
7. Technical Superintendent
This senior role involves high-level oversight of our vessel technical operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Monitoring vessel performance, planning dry-docking and special surveys, managing maintenance budgets, and ensuring compliance with international maritime codes (ISM/ISPS).
* Requirements: ATT-II certification or Bachelor’s in Engineering; 3–5 years of experience as a Superintendent; extensive knowledge of ship management and technical regulations.
