## Job Position: HR Comben & Payroll Supervisor
As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will play an instrumental role in maintaining operational excellence through meticulous administration and employee care.
Core Responsibilities
* Manage and compile comprehensive employee data and personal administrative updates.
* Handle Compensation and Benefits administration efficiently within established levels of authority.
* Ensure the accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of monthly payroll services.
Candidate Qualifications
* Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Possess a minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional experience as a Supervisor specializing in Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, Operations, or HR Services.
* Demonstrate a solid understanding of Indonesian social security regulations (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan).
* Demonstrate proven expertise in handling Income Tax Article 21 (PPh 21).
* Possess hands-on experience in managing employee attendance systems.
* Show strong familiarity with modern HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
* Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Stay up-to-date with current Indonesian Labor Rules and Regulations.
