To support our continued commitment to quality, we are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Control (QC) Operator to join our team in Cikarang.
## Key Responsibilities of the QC Operator
The Quality Control Operator plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our products. You will be the frontline defender of our manufacturing standards, ensuring that every batch leaving our facility meets strict quality benchmarks. Your primary duties will include:
* Quality Assurance: Conducting rigorous testing to ensure production samples are identical to final products, verifying that every item aligns with established quality protocols.
* Corrective Action: Developing and applying corrective formulations whenever production samples deviate from our stringent quality standards.
* Compliance: Strictly adhering to operational procedures in accordance with current ISO regulations to maintain our high-standard manufacturing environment.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive professional who possesses the technical aptitude and mental agility to thrive in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Gender & Age: Male, aged between 21 and 35 years old.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Physical Requirements: Must not be colorblind, as color accuracy is vital to our processes.
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a QC role is mandatory. Candidates with a background in the masterbatch or polymer industry are highly preferred.
* Personal Attributes: Must be highly detailed, agile, resilient, and capable of working within a 3-shift rotation system.
* Skills: Exceptional numeracy skills and the ability to respond rapidly to shifting production needs.
* Location: Must be willing to work at our facility in the Delta Silicon Industrial Park, Cikarang Pusat.
