We are currently looking for skilled individuals to join our technical and administrative teams. Below are the available opportunities:
1. Welder
We are seeking a proficient Welder to join our manufacturing department.
* Qualifications:
* Minimum SMA/SMK education level.
* Technical proficiency in SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW welding processes.
* Possession of 3G-6G welding certification is a distinct advantage.
* Minimum 2 years of experience welding hydraulic tubes and rods.
* Ability to read technical drawings and utilize precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers.
2. Assembly/Disassembly Technician
This role is vital for maintaining the high standards of our cylinder maintenance operations.
* Qualifications:
* Minimum SMK level education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 1 year of experience as an Assembly Operator or Technician in the heavy equipment or cylinder industry.
* Experience using calipers and reading technical schematics.
3. Sales Support
We require an organized professional to assist our sales team in driving operational efficiency.
* Qualifications:
* Minimum SMK level education.
* At least 1 year of experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, or general clerical work.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience drafting commercial quotations.
* Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
4. Inspector
Our inspection team ensures that all products meet our rigorous quality benchmarks.
* Qualifications:
* Minimum SMK level education in Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 2 years of relevant experience in the pneumatic, hydraulic, or seal manufacturing industry.
* Proficiency in 2D and 3D technical drawing software.
* Ability to use vernier calipers and micrometers for precise measurement.
* Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is highly preferred.
5. PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control)
We are looking for a strategic thinker to manage our production lifecycles.
* Qualifications:
* Minimum D3 degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 2 years of experience in production planning or inventory management.
* Ability to schedule and monitor end-to-end production, from material procurement to finished goods.
* Capability to plan and oversee onsite project execution.
* Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
