We are currently seeking a highly motivated and analytical Costing Analyst to join our team as part of our Management Trainee program.

## Role Responsibilities and Technical Requirements
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between production logistics and financial accountability. You will be responsible for evaluating the feasibility of production costs and ensuring that our competitive quoting process remains accurate and efficient.
Educational Qualifications
* A Bachelor’s degree (S1) or final-year standing in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Accounting, or Engineering Management.
* A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.00.

Core Technical Competencies
* Costing Expertise: Solid understanding of cost accounting principles, including material, labor, overhead, and tooling costs.
* Manufacturing Literacy: Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM) structures, Request for Quotation (RFQ) procedures, and core production workflows.
* Analytical Prowess: Ability to interpret technical part drawings and translate them into accurate cost projections.
* Data Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Excel is essential, specifically concerning VLOOKUP, complex logical formulas, and Pivot Tables.
* Systems Knowledge: Previous exposure to ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle is highly regarded but not mandatory.
## Expected Soft Skills
Success in this role requires more than just numerical aptitude. Because you will be the central point of contact for our Sales, Engineering, and Purchasing departments, you must possess the following:
