* Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Facilitate end-to-end recruitment drives and orchestrate comprehensive onboarding workflows in strict adherence to company protocols.
* Payroll & Remuneration Administration: Manage site-level compensation processes accurately to maintain precise, up-to-date HR records and financial databases.
* HRIS Data Management: Maintain the Human Resources Information System database proactively, guaranteeing data integrity, validity, and real-time updates.
* Administrative Operations: Oversee employee healthcare logistics, attendance tracking, issuance of official reference letters, manpower tracking, and regulatory permits for both domestic personnel and expatriates.
* Training & Development Support: Plan, execute, and document staff capability enhancement initiatives—including competency assessments, specialized training, certifications, and performance evaluations—while strictly monitoring budgets and compliance standards.
* Corporate Event Execution: Coordinate the preparation, execution, and post-event documentation for company functions outlined in the annual corporate calendar.
* Comprehensive Reporting: Generate accurate monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual HR performance reports to satisfy internal management, governmental authorities, and financial lenders.
* HSE & Compliance Adherence: Champion Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3LH) protocols, standard operating procedures, and management system guidelines to support the company’s ultimate goals of achieving Zero Accidents, Zero Environmental Pollution, and optimal plant performance.
