We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefit Staff to join our growing HR team in Batang, Central Java. ## Position Overview
As our Compensation & Benefit Staff, you will play a vital role in managing employee rewards, payroll administration, and HR data systems. You will ensure accurate compensation delivery while maintaining compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.
## Key Responsibilities and Duties
In this role, your daily functions will directly impact employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. Core responsibilities include:
* Managing end-to-end monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and overtime calculations.
* Administering employee benefit programs, including national health and employment security schemes (BPJS) and internal perks.
* Handling regulatory tax calculations (PPh 21) accurately and on time.
* Maintaining comprehensive employee databases and generating routine HR compliance reports.
* Collaborating with internal departments to resolve compensation-related inquiries and ensure data integrity.
## Candidate General Requirements
To thrive in this position, applicants must meet the following professional qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefit, payroll administration, or general HR functions. High-achieving fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.*
* Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of payroll systems, compensation frameworks, statutory benefits (BPJS), and income tax regulations (PPh 21).
* Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and demonstrated familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) or specialized payroll software.
* Competencies: Exceptional analytical thinking, high attention to detail, precision in numerical calculations, and strict adherence to data confidentiality.
* Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, effective problem-solving skills, and a collaborative team-player attitude.
* Industry Advantage: Prior working background within the hospitality, tourism, or leisure sectors will be considered a distinct advantage.
