## Role Overview: Production Operator

Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma or vocational school (SMA/SMK) equivalent.
* Age Range: Applicants must be between 20 and 40 years old.
* Physical Criteria: Minimum height of 155 cm.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of experience as a Production Operator is preferred; however, motivated fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Essential Skills: Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Health Standards: Candidates must be free from color blindness and have no tattoos.
