## 1. Technology Development & Drone Operations
Our Technology Development and Drone divisions drive innovation through digital precision and cutting-edge infrastructure.
Drone Team Roles
* Execute drone flight operations for mapping, inspection, and field documentation.
* Manage equipment maintenance, diagnostic testing, and repair.
* Analyze and verify field data for accuracy and completeness.
* Ensure full compliance with all safety regulations and flight standards.
Technology Development (Web & IoT)
* Web Developer: Design and maintain secure, functional, and aesthetically pleasing websites using JavaScript, Python, ReactJS, and NodeJS.
* IoT Developer: Manage and implement IoT solutions to support modern industrial processes.
* Qualifications: S1 degree (GPA min 3.00), fresh graduates welcome. Strong skills in SQL/non-SQL databases and UI/UX design are highly preferred.
## 2. Factory Operations
The Factory Department is the heart of our production cycle, ensuring that GULAKU maintains its reputation for excellence. We operate across six specialized divisions:
* Mill & Boiler: Manages sugarcane milling and steam power generation.
* Process House: Oversees clarification, evaporation, and crystallization.
* Electric & Instrument: Ensures reliable power supply and sensor instrumentation.
* Engineering Service: Provides preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs.
* Laboratory: Conducts analysis of material quality, Brix, and Pol levels.
* Factory Administration Services (FAS): Manages personnel documentation and operational workflows.
Requirements: S1/D3 in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Technology, or Electrical Engineering. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.
## 3. Plantation Division
The Plantation department manages the entire lifecycle of sugarcane, from land preparation and planting to harvesting. Our multidisciplinary team includes:
* Harvesting & Mechanical Harvest: Coordinates large-scale cane collection.
* Agro Lab & Cane Breeding: Focuses on crop research and pest control.
* Workshop & Stillage: Handles agricultural machinery maintenance and soil enrichment logistics.
Requirements: S1/D3 in Agriculture, Forestry, Statistics, or relevant STEM fields. Candidates must possess strong analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.
## 4. Workshop & Mechanical Maintenance
Our Workshop division is responsible for the readiness of our heavy machinery fleet, including tractors, cane harvesters, excavators, and transport trailers. Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting scheduled preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
* Identifying system malfunctions and executing complex repairs.
* Ensuring all mechanical operations align with internal safety SOPs.
Requirements: S1/D3 in Mechanical, Agricultural, or Electrical Engineering with excellent diagnostic capabilities.
## 5. Warehouse & Inventory Management
The Warehouse and Inventory department ensures the seamless flow of resources across four key areas: Plantation, Workshop, Factory, and Civil maintenance, as well as the Finish Good Warehouse (FGWH).
* Responsibilities: Inventory control, FIFO-based distribution, asset tracking, and strict adherence to SOPs for stock management.
* Requirements: S1/D3 from any major, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and a strong attention to detail.
