Key Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee, you will play an active role in shaping our workplace culture and operational efficiency. Your primary duties will include:
* Process Optimization: Supporting HR initiatives and conducting thorough work process analyses to identify and resolve existing operational bottlenecks.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Gathering, processing, and analyzing HR data to generate high-level reports and presentations.
* Quality Improvement: Applying PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodologies and 7 QC tools to foster continuous improvement within the department.
* Regulatory Compliance: Developing a comprehensive understanding of Indonesian labor laws and ensuring their seamless application in the workplace.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with diverse teams and stakeholders to solve complex problems.

## Candidate Requirements

1. Education: A Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or D4 from a reputable university, specifically in Industrial Engineering or Management.
2. Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
3. Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.
4. Skillset: A fundamental grasp of Human Resources Management, data analysis, and the 7 QC tools.
