## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
We are seeking individuals who demonstrate a strong desire for professional growth and the physical resilience required for industrial environments. To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Male, minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK). Preference is given to graduates from technical vocational majors.
* Age Limits: Candidates must be between 17 and 22 years old.
* Physical Requirements: A minimum height of 163 cm, physical and mental fitness, and a clean medical record. We do not accept candidates with histories of serious medical conditions, including heart disease, asthma, major fractures, or major surgical procedures.
* Special Skills: While not mandatory, the ability to swim is considered an advantage.
* Aptitude: Demonstrated interest in heavy equipment or prior basic mechanical experience is highly valued.
