1. Sales Engineer
As a Sales Engineer, you will be the bridge between our innovative technology and our clients' operational needs. You will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic engagement and technical expertise.
* Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations that showcase our product value.
* Proactively generate high-quality leads and manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to final delivery.
* Collaborate with engineers and clients to determine precise equipment requirements.
* Negotiate pricing and terms to secure orders while consistently meeting sales quotas.
* Identify competitive threats and market opportunities to grow our customer base.
* Provide actionable feedback to management regarding market trends and product improvements.
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Mechanical studies, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, specifically within HVAC, cooling towers, or industrial equipment sectors.
* Professional proficiency in English is mandatory; Mandarin fluency is considered a significant advantage.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with strong computer literacy.
2. Project Management Staff
Our Project Management team ensures that our complex systems are delivered on time and within budget. This role is essential for maintaining our reputation for excellence in installation and material logistics.
* Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules to meet critical deadlines.
* Oversee project budgets and ensure healthy cash flow management.
* Manage the entire import process, including verification of shipping documents (BL, PIB, COO), and ensure compliance with PI, Lartas/Post Border, and FTA regulations.
* Analyze HS codes and stay updated on the latest customs and logistics legislation.
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure all materials meet strict technical and quality standards.
* Resolve on-site challenges efficiently to maintain project momentum.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical studies, Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
* Prior experience in HVAC, cooling towers, or construction is highly valued.
