## 1. Warehouse Planner
As a Warehouse Planner, you will act as the operational architect of our distribution center, ensuring seamless daily activities from storage optimization to inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
* Warehouse Planning: Formulate comprehensive daily inbound and outbound schedules aligned with operational demands. Strategically manage facility capacity, storage optimization, workforce deployment, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) allocation while coordinating priorities with the Operation Section Head.
* Inbound & Outbound Oversight: Track the execution of all receipt and dispatch operations against established targets, maintaining proactive communication with Transport and Client Service teams regarding schedule adjustments.
* Inventory Control: Supervise inventory movements, bin allocations, and stock availability, proactively resolving discrepancies in collaboration with relevant departments.
* Operational Reporting: Generate detailed daily summaries concerning facility throughput, capacity utilization, and performance metrics, while identifying bottlenecks and proposing actionable corrective measures.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Warehouse Coordinators, Transport teams, Client Service, and Maintenance divisions to guarantee fluid facility workflows.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum Diploma (D3) holder from any academic discipline.
* At least 1 year of professional experience working as a planner, with a specialized focus on warehouse planning.

## 2. Transport Planner

* Generate delivery waybills and loading notes equipped with optimized route planning.
* Validate and review shipping documentation for absolute completeness before dispatch.

* At least 1 year of hands-on experience operating as a Transport Planner within the logistics or transportation industry.
* Passive or active proficiency in English communication.

* Convert canvas sales Purchase Orders (PO) into formal Delivery Orders (DO).
* Process canvas sales transactions seamlessly from Sales Orders through to billing generation.
* Handle administrative processing for sales returns up to final billing.
* Input equipment delivery and retrieval transactions spanning from Sales Orders to Delivery Orders.
* Execute regular equipment stock takes and update master data records for new customer onboarding.
* Extract and manage operational data sets efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
* Minimum 1 year of professional experience functioning as an administrative specialist within logistics or transportation.
* Familiarity with inbound, outbound, and inventory warehouse procedures.

* At least 2 years of documented experience working as an Equipment Operator.
