1. PPIC Assistant Manager
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
* Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years working within a manufacturing environment.
* Core Competencies: Deep familiarity with ISO 45001 standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Core Competencies: Conversant with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and SMK3 frameworks. Knowledgeable regarding safe operational standards including lifting, rigging, working at height, and hot work. Experienced in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) implementation, holds a valid AK3U certification, and understands civil or industrial project activities. Proficient in conducting Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) alongside generating formal hazard reports.
