## General Candidate Qualifications
To ensure candidates are fully prepared for the rigor of the mining and construction industry, applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:
1. Gender & Age Restrictions: Male applicants only. Maximum age of 28 years old for the Human Capital track, and a maximum of 25 years old for operational and technical tracks (Operations, Engineering, CPSD, and Plant).
2. Academic Excellence: Minimum cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
3. Physical & Personal Standards: Free from tattoos and body piercings; physically and mentally fit to work in demanding field environments.
4. Health Compliance: Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including the third dose (Booster).
5. Program Commitment: Willing to undergo the comprehensive education and training period required by the company.
6. Mobility: Fully prepared and willing to be placed at any of PST’s operational job sites across Kalimantan.
