1. Site Manager
* Education: Minimum Diploma in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
* Experience: At least 5 years of relevant field experience.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Ms. Project.
* Certifications: Knowledge of Quality Management Systems; K3 or SKA certifications are highly preferred.
2. Drafter
* Education: Minimum Diploma in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years in a related field; fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.00 are welcome to apply.
* Technical Skills: Expert-level AutoCAD proficiency and strong attention to detail.
3. HSE Officer
* Education: Diploma in Health, Safety, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with a GPA of 3.00+ are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with Job Safety Analysis (JSA), hazard identification, risk management, and accident investigation.
* Certifications: HSE and general K3 certifications from Kemenaker are considered a significant advantage.
4. Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Engineer
* Education: Minimum Diploma in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
* Experience: At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
* Technical Skills: Strong mastery of AutoCAD and comprehensive knowledge of MEP materials and systems.
5. Quantity Surveyor (QS)
* Education: Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience; fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.00 may apply.
6. Site Engineer (SE)
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
* Experience: At least 3 years of field experience; fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.00 are eligible.

7. Supervisor (PL)

8. Surveyor (SVR)
