Position: Production Helper
The Production Helper plays a vital role in our daily operations, ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly while maintaining the highest safety and hygiene standards.
Job Responsibilities:
* Supporting daily production activities in alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and core values.
* Strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while prioritizing workplace health and safety.
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the production line at all times.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Skill Set: Must be proactive, agile, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
* Availability: Must be willing and able to work in a rotating 3-shift system.
