## Program Terms and Selection Details
Participation in our Management Trainee program requires dedication and flexibility. Please take note of the following operational commitments:
* Geographical Mobility: Willingness to be placed across any of Mie Gacoan’s operational regions nationwide upon completing the one-year training program.
* Training Locations: Availability to undergo the initial training program in Malang and Surabaya.
* Selection Process: Readiness to participate in the User selection stages—which include Focus Group Discussions (FGD) and User Committee Interviews—conducted offline at our Head Office in Malang, or online specifically for candidates residing outside Java.
