## Job Vacancy Overview: Production Specialist Operator
PT Perusahaan Industri Ceres is looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to fill the Production Specialist Operator role. In this capacity, successful candidates will play a vital function in maintaining seamless manufacturing workflows and upholding strict product excellence standards.
Key Responsibilities and Daily Duties
The appointed candidate will be entrusted with several critical operational tasks designed to optimize factory performance:
* Machine Operations & Maintenance: Safely operate, closely monitor, maintain, and sanitize production machinery strictly in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Target Achievement: Ensure daily output targets are successfully met without compromising the predetermined quality benchmarks.
* Documentation & Reporting: Draft comprehensive daily logs detailing production outcomes, raw material consumption, and any technical hurdles encountered on the floor.
Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following educational and professional criteria:
* Educational Background:
* Vocational High School (SMK) graduates specializing in Mechanical Engineering, backed by a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working as a production operator.
Diploma 3 (D3) graduates holding degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing. (Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).*
* Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHSAS/K3) protocols.
