Key Responsibilities of a Helper Operation
Candidates selected for this position will be entrusted with several critical operational duties, including:
* Executing shift handovers and maintaining accurate operational reporting logs.

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Gender and Age: Male, with a maximum age of 45 years old.
* Educational Background & Experience:
* Minimum vocational high school (SMA/SMK) graduate in a technical discipline with at least 3 years of relevant work experience; OR
* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a technical discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
* Technical Literacy: Competency in reading Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), flow diagrams, datasheets, and standard operating procedures.
* Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with key operational parameters (pressure, temperature, flow rate, level, and gas quality) alongside equipment such as valves, meters, separators, scrubbers, and general instrumentation.
* Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with an advanced command of MS Excel.
* Work Arrangement: Physically and mentally prepared to work in a shift-based system within a fast-paced oil and gas operational environment.
* Geographical Preference: Priority will be given to candidates currently domiciled in Gresik and Pasuruan.
