## Key Responsibilities of the Role
The Production Operator plays a vital role in ensuring our manufacturing excellence and supply chain efficiency. Your core duties will include:
* Machine Operations: Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure optimal output and performance.
* Quality and Reporting: Documenting production results, identifying potential equipment malfunctions, and reporting any quality discrepancies.
* Material Management: Monitoring raw material usage, tracking operating hours, and ensuring adequate stock levels for ink and silo supplies.
* Warehouse Maintenance: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, specifically near the silo areas and tent storage zones.
* Logistics Support: Assisting in the preparation of shipments, creating accurate packing lists, and verifying outgoing goods against delivery notes.
* Inventory Control: Performing daily reconciliations of physical stock versus system records and conducting monthly stock opname procedures.
* Loading Operations: Managing the safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods.
