## Role Overview: Maintenance Operator
PT Oji Indo Makmur Perkasa is looking for a proactive Maintenance Operator to ensure the seamless operation of its production machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining technical standards, minimizing downtime, and supporting the overall efficiency of the manufacturing line.
Key Responsibilities
* Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled electrical and mechanical maintenance protocols to ensure machine longevity.
* Troubleshooting: Perform effective problem-solving for mechanical issues to resolve production bottlenecks.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely reporting of all maintenance activities and machine logs.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum High School Diploma or Vocational Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a similar maintenance or technical field.
* Technical Skills: Foundational knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, with a distinct advantage for those familiar with semi-automated or automated production environments.
* Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities regarding machine operations, the capacity to work under pressure, and a commitment to meeting production targets.
