2. Phase 1: Hands-on experience where you contribute to specific projects under the close supervision of a dedicated mentor. You will conclude this phase by presenting your project outcomes.
3. Phase 2: An advanced rotation where you will be exposed to different functional areas and mentorship, further diversifying your business perspective.
## The Selection Process
