## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (D4 or S1) in Forestry, Agriculture, or closely related agricultural disciplines.
* Academic Excellence: Maintain a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Age Limit: Be no older than 25 years of age at the time of application.
* Experience Level: Open to both enthusiastic fresh graduates and early-career professionals with a maximum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
* Program Commitment: Willingness to successfully complete a comprehensive 6-month intensive training program coupled with a mandatory 12-month service bond upon completion.
* Mobility: Fully prepared and willing to be assigned to our remote operational areas located across Kalimantan.
