## Role Overview: What You Will Do
As our Accountant, you will serve as a vital pillar in maintaining the financial health and integrity of our expanding enterprise. Your daily responsibilities will directly influence strategic business decisions and ensure seamless fiscal operations.
* Financial Recording & Reporting:
* Accurately and punctually record all corporate financial transactions.
* Maintain general journals, general ledgers, and cash books.
* Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
* Deliver actionable financial insights to management through rigorous data analysis.
* Taxation & Compliance:
* Calculate, record, and report corporate taxes (such as VAT/PPN, Income Tax/PPh, and others).
* Guarantee absolute compliance with current national tax regulations and legal standards.
* Internal Control & Budgeting:
* Perform meticulous bank reconciliations.
* Verify the authenticity and accuracy of financial documents, invoices, receipts, and billing statements.
* Assist in formulating, monitoring, and controlling company budgets by comparing actual expenditures against projected allocations.
* Audit & Documentation:
* Prepare necessary documentation and reports to facilitate smooth internal and external audits.
* Implement corrective actions based on audit recommendations.
* Organize, archive, and manage financial files systematically for rapid retrieval by authorized internal and external stakeholders.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Partner closely with internal departments—including Purchasing, Human Resources, and Finance—to streamline transaction workflows.
## Candidate Requirements: What We Look For

* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
