## Role Overview: Marketing & Sales Certification Specialist
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Marketing & Sales Certification Specialist. In this capacity, you will serve as a vital link between our technical expertise and our clients, facilitating the certification process through strategic outreach and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary mandate will involve supporting the growth and operational excellence of our certification services. Core duties include:
* Strategic Support: Assisting in the execution of marketing and sales campaigns designed to expand our market presence.
* Documentation Management: Preparing accurate proposals, detailed quotations, formal contracts, and comprehensive project timelines.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Maintaining clear, professional, and consistent communication with existing and prospective clients, as well as external partners, to ensure seamless project delivery.
## Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role, you must be a proactive professional with a blend of technical understanding and commercial acumen. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Educational and Professional Background
* Degree: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in a Marketing or Sales role.
* Industry Preference: Prior experience within the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) sector is highly advantageous.
* Technical Literacy: Familiarity with international and national management standards—such as ISO, IEC, and SNI—is preferred.
Skills and Personal Attributes
* Communication: Mandatory fluency in professional English (written and verbal).
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication capabilities.
* Professional Network: A pre-existing network within the industrial sector is considered a significant asset.
