Role: Customer Service Agent
We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our operations team to ensure our players receive the best possible experience.
Responsibilities
* Player Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and constructive feedback across our various gaming projects.
* Operational Support: Collaborate with the operations department to suggest and implement improvements for game optimization based on player data.
* Team Leadership: Oversee and manage moderator teams to ensure community standards are maintained.
* General Tasks: Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by department supervisors.
Qualifications
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates who are eager to launch a career in the gaming industry are highly encouraged to apply.
Gaming Passion: A deep interest in gaming, with an understanding of user behavior and habits. Familiarity with Mobile Legends: Bang Bang* is a significant advantage.
