## Position Overview: Human Resources (HR Officer)
PT Manoor Bulatn Lestari is seeking a motivated HR Officer to support our remote mining operations. This role offers a challenging yet highly rewarding environment designed to accelerate professional development within the resource sector.
Core Responsibilities
The selected candidate will handle a diverse portfolio of human resource functions, ensuring seamless daily operations at our site location. Key duties include:
* Overseeing employee attendance records, leave requests, overtime calculations, and complex roster schedules.
* Maintaining precise and confidential HR documentation, personnel files, and employee databases.
* Assisting with comprehensive HR administrative workflows and supporting payroll-related processes.
* Managing workforce mobilization, site-specific administrative protocols, and rotational scheduling logistics.
* Processing and tracking human resource and vendor invoices alongside required compliance documentation.
* Auditing vendor adherence to internal corporate policies, national labor laws, and contractual obligations.
* Drafting periodic human resource reports and guaranteeing the prompt delivery of essential documentation.
* Delivering frontline administrative support to both on-site personnel and operational management.

Candidate Requirements
