## About the Role: HRGA Manager at PT Lotte Data Communication
As the Human Resources and General Affairs (HRGA) Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership. Your primary objective will be to align human capital strategies with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring seamless operational efficiency across the organization.
Core Responsibilities and Scope of Work
The selected candidate will oversee a comprehensive portfolio encompassing human resource development and general affairs. Key daily responsibilities include:
* Staff Management & Talent Acquisition: Directing end-to-end recruitment strategies, talent pipelining, and workforce planning to secure top-tier talent.
* Global Performance Management: Implementing robust appraisal systems and performance frameworks that align with international corporate standards.
* HR & GA Administration: Managing day-to-day administrative operations, facility coordination, and general affairs to maintain a productive work environment.
* Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Compliance: Overseeing competitive remuneration structures alongside accurate tax calculations, specifically PPH21 regulations.
* Policy Development & Legal Compliance: Crafting, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures in strict adherence to Indonesian labor laws.
