We are currently seeking a highly motivated HR & GA professional who is fluent in Korean to join our Cikarang Selatan office. This on-site contract role serves as a vital link within our organization, ensuring seamless collaboration between our Indonesian team members and Korean leadership.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting our human capital needs. Key responsibilities include:
* Linguistic Liaison: Acting as the primary interpreter for meetings and translating essential business documentation.
* HR & GA Administration: Overseeing daily office operations and managing comprehensive personnel files.
* Compliance & Documentation: Handling visa processing, government permits, and regulatory filings.
* Recruitment & Talent Management: Facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process and selection cycles.
* Payroll & Benefits: Managing the administration of compensation and employee benefit packages.
Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role, applicants should possess the following qualifications:
1. Language Proficiency: Advanced fluency in both Korean and Indonesian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
2. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Korean Studies, or a related field is preferred.
3. Operational Skills: Exceptional organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package for this role, ranging from 7,000,000 to 9,000,000 IDR, commensurate with experience and skill set.
