## Candidate Qualifications

* Educational Background: Holders of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in the following fields:
* Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
* Mechanical Engineering
* Electrical Engineering

* Informatics Engineering or Information Systems
* Civil Engineering
* Law
* Accounting or Economic Management
* Japanese Literature
* Academic Performance: A minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00.
* Core Competencies: Strong leadership potential, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and an insatiable desire to learn.
* Work Ethic: A proactive, initiative-driven mindset with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve challenging targets.
