## General Candidate Qualifications
To ensure our team maintains the highest standards of safety and efficiency, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male candidates only.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a relevant field. Direct experience working within power plant environments will be strongly prioritized.
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English, enabling seamless communication in a multicultural operational setting.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional teamwork, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving abilities tailored to high-pressure industrial environments.
