## Core Responsibilities of a Production Officer
As a Production Officer at PT Konimex, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that manufacturing lines operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your day-to-day duties will directly impact product quality and organizational productivity.
* Daily Process Control: Oversee daily manufacturing operations, monitor workflow efficiency, and implement immediate corrective actions whenever operational deviations occur.
* Audit Remediation: Formulate, execute, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) stemming from internal and external audit findings.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate comprehensive production reports, analyze operational metrics meticulously, and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement in plant productivity.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Background: Must hold a professional Pharmacist degree (Profesi Apoteker*) or a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (S1 Farmasi).
