## Job Role: Production Operator
We are currently hiring motivated individuals for the Production Operator position. In this role, you will play a vital part in our manufacturing operations, ensuring that our production lines run smoothly while maintaining our strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
As a Production Operator at PT. KEWPIE Indonesia, your daily contributions will directly impact our commitment to consumer satisfaction and product excellence.
* Operate manufacturing machinery efficiently according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Monitor production processes to minimize downtime and reduce waste.
* Maintain a clean and safe workspace in adherence to food safety guidelines.
* Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following professional criteria:
* Education: Minimum High School graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Experience: At least 1 year of general work experience. Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment will be considered a distinct advantage.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is highly preferred.
* Cognitive Skills: Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning abilities to troubleshoot basic operational issues.
* Personal Attributes: Excellent time-management skills, a strong collaborative mindset, and effective communication abilities to work seamlessly within a team.
