Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the local market landscape. Our ideal candidate should meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a marketing or sales role. Previous experience within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is highly preferred.
* Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with prospective clients.
* Regional Expertise: Strong familiarity with the East Pantura region, specifically covering Pati, Kudus, Jepara, Rembang, and Purwodadi.
* Residency: Candidates must currently reside in Kudus or the surrounding areas.
* Mobility: Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle is mandatory for this role.
