## Job Vacancy Overview: Logistic Staff
As a Logistic Staff, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of domestic and export shipments, coordinating closely with diverse stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will encompass a wide array of vital supply chain functions, structured to keep logistics moving without interruption:
* Schedule Coordination: Assist in drafting, updating, and monitoring vessel schedules, laycan plans, and delivery timelines for both domestic and international shipments. Track progress transparently alongside internal teams, shipping agents, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
* Documentation Management: Prepare, verify, and meticulously maintain precise shipping documentation, including Shipping Instructions and Delivery Orders, alongside comprehensive cargo records and logistics databases.
* Operational Monitoring: Oversee daily cargo readiness, loading operations, and discharging processes. Generate detailed logistics and inventory reports while assisting with freight cost analysis and invoice verification.
Candidate Requirements
