## Role Overview: Analyst, Logistics Operations
Positioned at the heart of the company’s distribution network, this permanent, full-time role carries direct responsibility for the logistics operations of the finished goods distribution center in Surabaya. Managing a dedicated team of 6 internal employees and 7 contractors across a 2,200-pallet storage facility operating on a non-Warehouse Management System (WMS), the successful candidate will champion warehouse productivity, uphold uncompromising safety standards, and ensure strict regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities and Core Duties
The selected candidate will wear multiple hats, balancing daily operational oversight with strategic process optimization. The primary responsibilities encompass:
* Daily Distribution Management: Oversee daily domestic deliveries to customers alongside regional distribution center (RDC) finished goods transfers.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales, customer fulfillment, manufacturing, and supply planning teams to guarantee seamless execution toward monthly sales targets.
* Performance Analytics: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of warehouse operations, tracking costs and productivity metrics, identifying root causes for discrepancies, and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Financial and Cost Management: Act as co-owner of cost management initiatives, actively driving cost-saving strategies across transportation and warehousing.
* Compliance and Safety: Maintain rigorous standards concerning Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE), quality control, and regulatory compliance.
* Warehouse Process Optimization: Supervise periodic cycle counts, manage slow-moving inventory, maximize throughput productivity, and monitor SAP-driven finished goods movements.
* Continuous Improvement: Spearhead operational enhancements and elevate team capabilities through targeted development programs and robust supplier relationship management.
