## Role Overview: Internal Audit Staff
The Internal Audit Staff plays a vital role in upholding our company’s standards by evaluating financial health, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing internal control systems. You will work closely with various departments to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute internal audit procedures to evaluate the effectiveness of financial and operational controls.
* Apply advanced technical knowledge in accounting and finance to ensure accurate reporting.
* Monitor company systems and procedures, ensuring all activities align with organizational policies.
* Prepare detailed audit reports and provide actionable recommendations to management.
* Conduct periodic site visits and field audits as required by the business.
Required Qualifications

* Education: Hold at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
* Experience: We welcome both fresh graduates and professionals with at least one year of experience in internal auditing.
* Core Competencies: Strong grasp of audit processes, internal control frameworks, and financial reporting standards.
* Analytical Skills: Proven ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
* Mobility: Must be willing to travel for business-related assignments.
